Day Party

Host Rules

Responsible Party Host must check in With a Credit Card & all Paper work completed before the party guests arrive. No guests will be permitted entrance before Host. All party guests must leave when the Host leaves. Host must be present with guests at all times.

All guests must have armbands to enter. Special consideration may be made to accommodate certain guests.

Day Parties may be held at Ladyhawk during normal open hours.  11am-6pm Thursday – Tuesday. A cash deposit of $50 will reserve your Date & Time & choice of covered unit.  A 2 hour Day Party starts at $50 plus $3/person. Each additional hour is $25.  Armbands for your guests will be provided at time of payment. Armbands serve as a paid ticket and must be worn by you & your guests.

Parties may be rescheduled (permitting availability) or cancelled 15 days in advance at no charge. Deposit will be forfeited after 15 days. Payment is due in full 5 days before party.

Deposits will be returned (minus any cleaning or damage fees) the following day in cash or by mail.

Party Host must check in at office with a Credit Card to cover any additional costs during party. No one may enter the facility before The Party Host has checked in or stay after Host leaves. The Party Host is responsible for providing all guests with Pool Rules and assuring the Rules are followed. It is our goal for you & your guests to have a memorable experience. The Rules are provided to educate guests of the safety parameters at your event. We will work with you to ensure a safe & happy experience for all.

30 min is permitted after party for cleanup. Trash receptacles are readily available.

Assistance with set up & or tear down is available for an addition fee.
